Steven Schlenker

Mr. Schlenker is a founder, managing partner and Chief Investment Officer of DN Capital Limited.  He is responsible for overseeing the compliance and financial responsibilities of DN Capital and advising the General Partner on the earlier stage investment strategy of the Fund.

He is closely involved in advising on investments in the areas of software and security and currently manages DN Capital’s investments in IGA Worldwide, Endeca Technologies, Inc., Datanomic Limited, Digital Railroad, Digital Chocolate and Lagan Technologies Limited.

Mr. Schlenker co-founded DN Capital in June 2000 after leaving the family office of SUN group, where he served as chief investment officer for their European and U.S. technology investments.  At the SUN group, he spent five years investing in U.S. and European media, IT services, Internet and telecom companies, in addition to investing in Central and Eastern European non-technology investments. His investments at SUN included PlanetAll, PlasmaNet, Cyberview Technologies and Endeca Technologies.  Mr. Schlenker has been a private equity professional since 1990.

Mr. Schlenker received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with High Distinction, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. in Business Administration summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
